Due to rising courier costs we have had to introduce the shipping costs detailed in the table below. We thank you for your undestanding.

Note 1: Switzerland, Balkans, Greece, Bulagaria, Turkey are not covered by this tariff. Please request a Quote.
Note 2: We cannot ship Seatboxes to Sardinia or Malta due to size and weight constraints

Shipping Information

If your Seatbox does not meet your expectations please inform us by phone or email and we will arrange its collection and a full refund.

We will endeavour to deliver your order within the shipping times quoted in the table below (excluding weekends & public holidays), however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Octbox GmbH will be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales.

All items delivered require a signature. If a signature is obtained from any person other than the named customer at the specified delivery address, the named customer is still responsible for the item and any charges associated with it.

Shipping costs and times to islands will vary. If the item page does not quote the island surcharge for your country please Email for a quote.

Please note collection of your item from our warehouse is not possible.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the packaging of your goods is checked BEFORE signing the delivery note. If you have received a package that is damaged, it is IMPORTANT that you sign the delivery note as "damaged". The good news is that your goods are insured but you must notify us of any damage within 48 hours of receipt. We will then arrange to collect and replace your item within the usual timescales as indicated in the terms of delivery.

We ship immediately after receipt of payment. Please note that a bank transfer can take up to 5 working days. Please refer to the table below for shipping times. Please note weekend and bank holidays will extend the delivery time. If you have not received your order within 5 days of this date please email us at . If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card you must contact the couriers direct. If we have had an item returned back to us due to non communication on your part, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Please note we do not deliver to BFPO addresses, DHL Pack Stations or PO Box numbers.
