Octbox 2012 LT1 Light Seatbox

The Octbox 2011 LT1 Light Seatbox configuration comprises :- 

1.        Light platform.

2.        Deep Storage Unit

3.     Extending support bar.

4.     Strap

5.     4 x 25mm round legs

The Light platform is constructed from ultra light rust free alloys that not only make it one of the strongest and most stable systems, but also one of the lightest.   The deep leg metal adapters are welded (not riveted) which ensures no flexing or movement. The system is built to support up to 25 stones (166 kgs) weight without the adaptors slipping.   Despite this incredible strength the whole system weighs only 8.5lbs (4 kgs).   (Please scroll down the above thumbnails for detailed pictures of the leg adapter that provides the strength and stability that cannot be offered by plastic leg adaptors. 

The light system is supplied with an  extending adaptor bar which slides in and out of the frame a maximum 40 cms forward of the seat.  

Tackle Storage Module

The Octbox 2011 Light system is supplied with the 2011 deep module and insert tray.  The 10cm deep module can fit match reels i.e Shimano 4000 series, large spools, while the insert tray is perfect for storing feeders.  An additional storage area that can store winders and can even support large flat floats on winders.is located underneath the deep module.   All are constructed from rust free ultra light alloys
